On Feb 21, the Dandy-Walker Alliance told us that Governor Martin O’Malley signed the proclamation declaring Maryland’s Feb. 28 observation of Rare Disease Day. Thanks also to members of the Parry Romberg Syndrome community for also submitting requests for the proclamation.
